- Ideal Flight or Train Timings: Book any flight or train that reaches Nagpur latest by 8 A.M. on day 1 of the tour and any flight or train that leaves Nagpur after 5 P.M. on day 3 of the tour
- Carpool to the Resort: We can help coordinate pickup and drop to the airport / station. We usually organise carpool services for participants arriving around the same time

- SINGLE OCCUPANCY: INR 31,625 (GST INCLUSIVE)
- The 3D / 4N 5 Safaris Idyllic Tigerland Tadoba Tour Cost is INR 27,500 (Incl. of GST) PER PERSON. Book your seat on the tour with a non-refundable amount of INR 18,000.
- The balance amount of INR 9,500 is to be paid 60 days prior to the tour start date. INR 7,125 which is 75% of the balance amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 60 days prior to the tour start date.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0-60 days from the tour start.
- The date of written communication (email to info@therunningtortoise.com) of intent to cancel your tour is the date considered for calculating the cancellation fees.
- If the tour is cancelled from our side due to any reason, your entire amount paid to us towards the above mentioned tour will be refunded within 15 days from the intimation date of cancellation of the tour.
- In the event of a ‘Force Majeure’, the contract will be suspended. The amount forwarded for any tour cancelled due to a ‘Force Majeure’ can be reused for the same tour within 12 months from the original tour start dates. The cancelled tour will be rescheduled after cessation of the ‘Force Majeure’, subject to participants defraying additional fees/charges brought about consequent to hike in Government Taxes on accommodation or safari fees.
- Please note that the resort promised is subject to availability. In case, the resort promised is not available, tour participants will be shifted to a resort of similar rating.
- Please note that in case of any future hikes in Government Taxes, Accomodation Fees or Safari Fees will be informed to you as and when brought to our notice by the authorities. The additional hike in fees (if any) will be borne by tour participants and which should be paid 15 days prior to the tour start date.
- Completion of the advance payment shall be deemed as the acceptance of these terms and conditions and it shall be presumed that the participant has read and understood them and agreed to abide by them.

DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1 –
Check-in at Tadoba: Arrive at Nagpur and drive to the resort (2 and half hours). We can arrange Carpool services at an additional cost. Check-in by 6:30 P.M. and freshen up.
Dinner & Introduction: Enjoy dinner as we introduce ourselves and provide a trip overview with insights into Tadoba. We wrap up the day and hit the bed early.
DAY 2 & 3 –
Morning Safari: Wake up and savour a cup of chai or coffee. Get ready for an exhilarating jungle safari! Enjoy breakfast amidst nature’s beauty.
Relax & Refresh: Return to the resort and freshen up
Lunch followed by afternoon safari: Have lunch together and after a short siesta, set off our afternoon safari.
Infotainment time: Return to the resort, freshen up and gather for some fun activities!
Sumptuous Dinner & Conversations: Share your thrilling safari stories over dinner and discuss relevant topics. Review your photos in your free time.
DAY 4 –
Final safari: Wake up. Have a quick cup of chai or coffee and head to the forest for our final safari!
Relax & Refresh: Return to the resort and freshen up.
Lunch & Checkout: Post lunch, the tour concludes and we depart on our onward journeys, all being well, with a bagful of happy memories!
