Resort Check-in & Introduction: Check in at the resort, freshen up, and kick off with an introduction during lunch.
Afternoon Safari: Embark on an exciting afternoon safari in Pench National Park.
Overnight Retreat: Spend the night in the tranquility of the resort.

Early Rise: Wake up at 5 a.m., gather by 5:30 a.m. for chai or coffee.
Jungle Safari: Dive into an exhilarating jungle safari.

Any other expenses not mentioned under “cost inclusions” will have to be borne by the participants.

PAYMENT & refund POLICY

Book your seat on the tour with an advance non-refundable amount of Rs.12,000.00 per pax.

Balance amount must be cleared 21 days prior to the tour start date.

If you cancel your trip 60 days prior to the tour start date, Rs.10,000 will be refunded.

If you cancel your trip between 60 and 40 days to the tour start date, Rs.5,000 will be refunded.

No refund amount if you cancel your trip between 0-39 days of the tour start date.

If the tour is cancelled from our side due to any reasons, 100% of the tour cost will be refunded at the earliest possible. However, we will not compensate for any cancelled flight or train tickets or any other loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the tour

Full amount to be paid 21 days prior to the tour start date

Please note: The date of written communication (email to info@therunningtortoise.com) of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculating the cancellation fees.

Any future hikes in Government Taxes or Safari Fees are not accounted for in this package, but will be informed to you as and when brought to our notice by the authorities.

Completion of the advance payment shall be deemed as the acceptance of these terms and conditions and it shall be presumed that the participant has read and understood them and agreed to abide by them.
