PAYMENT & refund POLICY

To confirm your booking, you will need to submit a deposit or make a complete payment. The exact payment terms and conditions will be conveyed to you during your booking process.
To cancel your reservation, you must inform us in writing (a mail must be sent to info@therunningtortoise.com). Charges related to cancellations might be imposed, and the sum reimbursed will be determined by the timing of the cancellation.
Please note: The date of written communication (email to info@therunningtortoise.com) of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculating the cancellation fees.
No refund amount will be credited if you cancel your trip between 0-39 days of the tour start date.
Full amount to be paid 31 days prior to the tour start date.
In the event that a tour is cancelled from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to substitute plans or provide a full refund. However, we will not compensate for any cancelled flight or train tickets or any other loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the tour.
Completion of the advance payment shall be deemed as the acceptance of these terms and conditions and it shall be presumed that the participant has read and understood them and agreed to abide by them.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The accommodation promised is subject to availability. If the accommodation promised is not available, participants will be shifted to an accommodation of a similar rating.
The itinerary mentioned on this page is for guided expeditions that have fixed departure dates.
Group tours will run once the minimum number of bookings is met. Our team can update you on current bookings for your chosen dates, so you can book with confidence.
People who wish to custom travel can use the itinerary as a guideline for all that is possible and can connect with our team to design their ideal trip.
Any future hikes in Government Taxes or Safari Fees are not accounted for in this package, but will be informed to you as and when brought to our notice by the authorities.
You are solely responsible to make sure that you hold the essential passports, visas, health certificates, and any additional mandatory travel papers for the destinations encompassed by your travel plan.
Any expenses or outcomes stemming from not adhering to entry prerequisites or the inability to procure essential travel documentation fall under your jurisdiction.
