• All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not not be shipped on Sundays and Indian holidays.
• In case we encounter a large number of orders, there might be slight postponements in shipments lasting a couple of days. Should any substantial shipment delay occur with your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone.

We provide PAN India free shipping. Delivery delays can occur occasionally.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). 

The Running Tortoise is not liable for any lost or damaged products during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the Delivery Service to file a claim.

We currently do not ship outside India.
